My name is Jake Rommer, and I’m a qualified Guitar Teacher offering personalised guitar lessons to students in the Surrey, UK area. I love music and I have been teaching people of all ages and experience levels since 2008, always maintaining my commitment to help others discover and reach their full potential.
I teach Rockschool, Trinity, & ABRSM Grades from Beginner to Advanced and teach children and adults of all ages.
About Me
Since a young age, I have always loved and played music.
I completed Rockschool and Trinity Grade 8 by age 18 and then went on to gain a BA with 1st Class Honors in Music specialising in Guitar performance at ACM.
Since then I have been teaching privately and in local schools teaching students of all ages.
I recently completed my PGCE with QTS from Roehampton University making me a fully qualified teacher.
I have also a working guitarist, & have performed all around the world for high-level corporate functions as well as artists such as Jenn Bostic, Chase & Status, & many others.
I am also a professional songwriter and have written with artists such as Emma Bunton (Spice Girls), Westlife, Enrique Iglesias, and many others.
